The 4 week Slay is a personalised, holistic program that empowers you with the knowledge and tools to take charge of your physical, mental, and emotional health, whilst being supported by a community of motivated and like-minded individuals. It will start on the 21st of September.

The 4 pillars of the program: Mindfulness, Nutrition, Exercise, Sleep 

Another important part of this program is your overall health, if you want to be healthier
and feel AMAZING, take your MEDS every day. MEDS refers to:

Mindfulness

Be it meditation, relaxation, or spirituality.
Having mindful moments every day is very important.

Exercise

Exercise 3 x per week at a moderate-intense
level (20-60min) and incidental exercise on the other days. 

Diet

Following a predominantly whole food, plant first diet,
not overeating, in a social, enjoyable way. The intermittent
fasting program allows for this. 

Sleep

7-9 hours per night, 20-minute power naps (if you need),
deep breathing before sleep and a tip; have a hot shower before
bed (the body goes into a deeper sleep on a falling body temperature). 

Workout with Libby Babet

Libby is the founder of multiple businesses in health and fitness including her Bondi training studio The Upbeat who's Live Online classes are ranked in the Top 10 Globally by ClassPass.

Libby is also author of bestselling book Totally BUF.

Get dedicated support from eimele’s Nutrition and Wellness Coach

Our Nutrition and Wellness Coach Faye James will be on hand to provide members of the 4-week Slay dedicated support and advice throughout the program. 

Faye James an Accredited Nutritionist and member of Nutrition Council Australia, a certified personal trainer, pilates and yoga instructor and health and wellness coach. 

She is also a renowned health and wellness writer with over 20 years of experience. Faye is the author of fitness and diet book The Long Life Plan. 
 
Bringing a plethora of nutrition and wellbeing experience, Faye is on hand to help guide members through their weightloss journey, support them through their challenges and provide the necessary tools to ensure their success.
